After founding the company in 2014, Jayson Waller has overseen growth in the past seven years that has led Pink Energy to employ more than 2,100 people and do business in 15 states. With Waller’s leadership, Pink Energy’s revenue rose more than 60 percent in 2021 to nearly $600 million and is ranked No. 520 on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America – the fourth time in five years the company has made the list.

Waller has grown the brand by installing solar panels for five pro football franchises (Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts, and Pittsburgh Steelers) one pro baseball team (Cleveland Guardians) and one major college athletics program (NC State Athletics). He’s also a champion for the community, helping guide efforts to assist members of the military through the company’s association with the Lifetime TV miniseries “Military Makeover,” and has donated many more thousands to renowned charities including the SeriousFun Children’s Network, Make-A-Wish, Children’s Miracle Network and more.
